Sodium bicarbonate is used to promote healthy growing conditions while simultaneously limiting fungal and other unwanted growth. Maintaining proper soil pH is vital to producing healthy crops. Sodium bicarbonate is a naturally alkaline compound that helps maintain proper pH to maximize crop production.
1. During the growing period of vegetables, spray baking soda to improve the yield. During the growth of vegetables, use 50~60kg of 0.5 sodium bicarbonate solution and spray it every three or four days. In this way, a substantial increase in production can be achieved during the harvest period.
2. Sodium bicarbonate can be used to test the soil for vegetable planting. Mix the soil with some distilled water and add a small amount of sodium bicarbonate after mixing. If foam is produced, the soil is acidic. If the vegetables need acidic soil, they can be planted.
3. Disease prevention. During the seedling period of many vegetables, it is necessary to spray baking soda solution, because baking soda solution is slightly alkaline, and most bacteria are difficult to survive in alkaline environment, so it can play a role in preventing diseases, such as cucumber powdery mildew, anthracnose, tomato leaf mold and downy mildew, which can be effectively controlled. The control efficiency can reach 95%. The ratio of baking soda to water is 100kg water to 0.2kg baking soda.

Household cleaning:
▶ Flow table: if the stainless steel table is dirty, you can use a sponge to dip a little soda powder and then gently brush it to remove oil and scale.
▶ Stove frame: When oil dirt is accumulated on the gas stove frame, soak it with hot water and soda powder for one night, and then brush it, which will be easy and effective. The ratio is 1 liter of hot water plus 1 tablespoon of soda powder.

Our Production Process
Our production adopts the soda carbonization method, and the production unit is basically built with the soda unit, so that the high-temperature soda calcined from this process can be directly used to accelerate the mother liquor liquefaction process and provide qualified alkali liquor for subsequent operations. In order to ensure the full decomposition of excessive NaHCO3 in the mother liquor and reduce the occurrence of NaHCO3 crystal plugging in the process of alkali liquor transportation, a high material temperature was maintained throughout the operation. Finally, we will completely dry the products through the dryer, screen and classify them through the sieve, and divide them into different grades according to different crystal sizes to meet different needs.
Different from some factories whose carbonization tower does not have a separate cleaning process, but relies on steam heating to dissolve the scar on the carbonization tower plate and send the alkali accumulated at the bottom of the tower. Each time they boil the tower will cause the unbalanced loss of baking soda mother liquor and thus affect the stability of the whole system. However，we will carry out the pre-carbonization operation, and the pre-carbonized lye will be pumped to the alkali making tower for carbonization and baking soda. This is very effective for improving the carbonization conversion rate of baking soda tower and improving the crystallization quality.
Natural Soda recovers sodium bicarbonate using a process known as solution mining. This involves pumping hot water approximately 1900 feet underground to dissolve the underlying nahcolite beds and return the bicarb saturated water to the surface. The saturated brine is pumped back to the processing facility where the sodium bicarbonate is extracted.
Sodium bicarbonate is crystallized by reducing the temperature of the liquor, and the crystals are collected for further processing. Excess water is then removed by high speed centrifuging (spin drying). The resultant damp crystal mass is further dried, screened and packed in accordance with industry designated specifications.
